Product Description

Precision and speed combined
giroJOIN® offers the perfect solution for applications with high cycle times and several parallel processing steps. Components are positioned in a high-precision rotary table that reliably moves them between the processing stations. A PLC system controls the 360° turntable and a safety light curtain secures it at the loading position.

Flexible loading – manually or automatic
The components can be inserted into the part holders provided for this purpose either manually by an operator or automatically via a handling system and removed again after the joining process.
The joining process is based on the proven KIST + ESCHERICH hyJOIN® technology, which connects metal and thermoplastic parts reliably and with precision. Component-specific part holders, joining tools and control configurations make adaptations to different component geometries possible.

Modular design for individual requirements
The modular design allows the integration of additional processes and offers variants for different component sizes and production requirements. This makes giroJOIN® ideal for medium and large series.
