SMART ION 121 – our high-performance and intelligent ionisation system, eliminates electrostatic discharges with a large effective range – even without compressed air support.The charge can change from positive to negative when changing materials. In automatic mode, the SMART ION intelligence automatically reacts to changing polarities and optimises ion uncoupling without user interaction.
SMART ION 121D has been developed for applications where high discharge capacity is required, even at greater working distances. SMART ION 121S on the other hand is optimised specifically for applications where high material speeds are a factor.
