The PRECISION POINT 25 ionisation system has been designed especially for use in technology applications and meets the stringent ESD requirements. The units are compliant with IEC 61340-5-1, with a residual charge (ionic balance) <of 35 V. The compact ionisation system includes an integrated HV power supply and a dedicated control unit with LED status display and control signal to indicate the operating status. The high-frequency technology ensures optimally adapted discharge performance.
The PRECISION POINT 25 ionisation electrodes generate positive and negative ions, which are transported via an integrated blowing nozzle; the ionised airstream then eliminates any charges present on ESD-sensitive components. The high-voltage power supply and monitoring system are built in to enable space-saving and easy system integration.
