PRECISION BAR 25 sets new standards in electrostatic discharge design and function for ESD applications. This ionisation system has been designed especially for use in high-tech applications and meets the high ESD requirement. The units comply with IEC 61340-5-1: 2016, with a residual charge (ionic balance) <of 35 V. The compact ionisation system includes an integrated HV power supply and a dedicated control unit with LED status display and control station signal to indicate the operating status. Our PRECISION BAR high-frequency technology ensures a discharge performance that is optimally adapted.
The PRECISION BAR 25 ionisation systems generate positive and negative ions, which are evenly distributed via an integrated blowing bar; the ionised airstream thus neutralises any existing charges on ESD-sensitive components. The high-voltage power supply and monitoring system are built in to enable space-saving and easy system integration.
