With our compact workstations, almost all components can be cleaned manually using our dry cleaning process without any prior knowledge or experience of the operator. Cleaning is carried out individually according to customer requirements and according to the workpieces, using a wide variety of available cleaning heads. All systems are a combination of ionisation for electrostatic discharging of the component surfaces, a high performance pulsating air stream to remove the loosened dirt particles and an integrated or external suction and filter unit. The cleaning time depends on the intensity, component geometry,
degree of contamination and cleanliness requirements. Our compact workstations are ideal for use as an inline cleaning workstation or as an island solution for monitoring and reworking.
