The AIR CONTROL control module ensures a targeted and efficient supply of cycled compressed air for KIST + ESCHERICH cleaning systems. Depending on the design, it either provides compressed air directly via integrated valves – with the option of pulsing the air to achieve particularly effective cleaning results – or controls external valves for a focused, cost-saving compressed air supply.
The air supply can be optimised for different requirements thanks to the adjustable settings of the pulse frequency between 5 and 20 Hz and the option for continuous airflow. The system is controlled either with standard industrial sensors or a potential-free contact. An illuminated mains switch and a LED function indicator for the operating status and output signal facilitate a more intuitive operation.
A wide-range voltage connection (100–250 V AC) and an IP54 degree of protection, make AIR CONTROL extremely robust and versatile. In addition, the configurable switch-off delay (0–10.5 seconds in 1.5-second increments) allows you to adapt to different applications as needed.
