Cleaning of 3D components
In the reliable cleaning process of three dimensional components, the challenge lies in the complexity of the geometry and the limited accessibility to the surfaces. With the non-contact surface cleaning systems from KIST + ESCHERICH, impurities can be reliably removed from structured surfaces. The use of ionization eliminates electrostatic forces between particles and the surface, so that dust and dirt particles are completely removed. The combination of electrostatic discharge, pulsed compressed air and suction achieves an extremely high level of cleaning.
