Product Description

The VARIOMASTER is the compact system for automated cleaning of small and medium-sized components. The components are inserted into the intended part holders manually by an operator and removed again after cleaning. Cleaning is carried out dry and contactless using highly turbulent compressed air, electrostatic discharge and precise suction technology. In this way, contaminants are first loosened and then efficiently transferred to the output air flow in order to be captured in the external filter system. This creates excellent cleaning results. The dry cleaning process is as gentle as possible on surfaces.

The automated cleaning cycle ensures a constant cleaning quality that is reproducible in contrast to manual cleaning systems. This leads to increased efficiency and quality assurance in the cleaning process.

The VARIOMASTER can be used in production flexibly as a space-saving table top unit or as an independent standing workstation.

    • ESD version (anti-static): This equipment can be configured for ESD areas to provide safe protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD)
    • Component-specific cleaning system: adaptation of the cleaning system to the component according to cleaning requirements
    • Programme module: Component-dependent cleaning programmes with recipe management and parameter control functions
    • Standing workstation: The tabletop unit is extended by a machine frame.
