Product Description

Used everywhere: The all-rounder among cleaning devices – made in Germany.
The UNIMASTER manual workstation is a highly flexible cleaning device that has proven itself in many applications. Thanks to its versatile functionality, almost any type of component can be cleaned manually using the dry cleaning process, without any special prior knowledge or experience required of the operator.

The cleaning is completely contactless and is individually adapted to your requirements. A range of cleaning systems is available, which include a combination of ionisation for electrostatic discharge of the component surfaces and a powerful, pulsating airstream for the effective removal of dirt particles. To ensure thorough cleaning, any loosened contaminants are directed by a laminar airstream to the internal suction and filter unit.

- ESD version (anti-static): This equipment can be configured for ESD areas to provide safe protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD)
- Customisable work surface: Stainless steel perforated grid, stainless steel bar grid or powder coated perforated grid ESD.
- To minimise compressed air consumption, it is possible to activate compressed air via:
  - Manual foot pedal (monostable): Activated during operation
  - Manual foot pedal (bistable): With on/off switching function
  - Light curtain: Activates when reaching into the work chamber
- High-performance ionisation gun SAG/SAJ: Compressed air intensity is continuously adjustable.
- Cleaning head TC COMPACT 110/180: Pulsating compressed air vortex for cleaning combined with a ring ioniser for electrostatic discharge. The cleaning heads are each mounted on a flexible VARIO FIX bracket and adjustable.
- STATIK-AIR MULTIJET Ionisation Blowing Unit: for the elimination of electrostatic charges and contamination on geometrically challenging parts. STATIK-AIR MULTIJET 55 each mounted on a VARIO FIX adjustable bracket.
- Maintenance unit 1/2": equipped with one or more pressure regulators, superfine filter (5 μm) and manometer. Compressed air preparation is carried out at the factory
- Sockets: 230 V (2×) sockets integrated in the work chamber including earth fault circuit breaker for individual applications.
