Product Description

Clean components into clean trays. The machine cleans constantly and in a continuous cycle, contactless on both sides, using the proven TAIFUN-CLEAN® technology. Disruptive particles are removed using highly turbulent compressed air, electrostatic discharge, and precise suction technology, and then efficiently transferred into the output air flow in order to capture them in an integrated filter system. This creates excellent cleaning results. The dry cleaning process is extremely gentle on surfaces, as it requires no chemicals, no high temperatures or complex drying processes, which then results in less stress and a longer service life for the trays, containers and twin-sheet trays. Special note: Cleaning of EPP trays is possible as well.

The system can be used in the logistics area, as a sluice into the clean room or as a solution directly in the production process and thus becomes an elementary component of container management. A variety of configuration variants are available to adapt the cleaning machine to customer requirements.

      Cleaning system

    • Side panel cleaning: Cleaning system consisting of ionisation and flat jet nozzles for cleaning side panels in the transport direction
    • Programme module: Component-dependent cleaning programmes with recipe management and parameter control functions
    • Compressed air control (only in conjunction with program module)
    • Monitoring bundle & TC CONTROL: Extended monitoring package for the systematic recording of process-relevant functions. TC CONTROL is used to monitor the optimum rev speed range of the individual rotating nozzles to ensure a consistent cleaning result
