Key Facts

  • Turbulence reduction:

Redirecting the airstream for a quieter configuration of the cleaning chamber

  • Flexibility:

Alternating operation of several cleaning systems on one suction device

  • Integrated control:

Optional electrical control for maximum precision and efficiency

  • Seamless integration:

    Compatible with existing suction systems

  • The ALBY is a sophisticated bypass that has been specifically designed to divert the airflow in front of the cleaning chamber. This effectively reduces turbulence and noise during loading, for a much more comfortable operating environment. At the same time, ALBY enables the alternating use of cleaning systems on a suction device, thus providing a flexible and efficient solution for complex cleaning systems.

Maximum reliability and control are ensured thanks to the ALBY’s optional electrical control via a 5/2-way magnetic valve and the switching position monitoring with two limit switches. It can be easily integrated into existing output air systems and optimises their functionality.

    Operating principle

    • Status 1: Particle-laden air is directed to the suction device, while clean air is circulated back to the cleaning unit.
    • Status 2: Clean air will remain in the suction device while the cleaning unit is switched off.
