Initial situation
When decorating with hot stamping foils, tinsel is produced due to unclean separation, which disrupts the ongoing process and usually must be removed at great expense.
Solution
The compact cleaning system ELEPHANT makes the manual removing and cleaning of the tinsel possible. The component surface is cleaned with an ionized and pulsed compressed airstream. The loosened particles are suctioned off and transported to a filter unit. In addition, the round brushes provide optimum parts protection and channelling of the output airstream.
