Tray cleaning
Application: highly sensitive, even, formed and structured plastic parts and other materials like trays and plastic sheets
Initial situation
Dust and dirt residues in the trays are deposited on the components as a result of electrostatic charges. When these components are further processed, this can lead to quality problems.
Solution
The TAIFUN‑CLEAN® cleaning system, as part of the TRAYMASTER cleaning machine, is installed on the top and bottom side of the conveyor system before loading the trays. In the given example, an additional two-sided cleaning was integrated using the STATIK‑AIR® cleaning system (optional). Ionization electrodes eliminate electrostatic adhesive forces between particles and the tray surface. The contaminations are removed with the help of turbulent compressed air (TAIFUN‑CLEAN® system) and absorbed by the integrated suction channels. At the suction stage, the charged output air is cleaned in a filter unit and finally released into the ambient air.
