Cleaning of extrusion profiles
Application: belts (reel-to-reel process) for stamping grids, reel-to reel technology, reel-to-piece production, plastic injection moulding, strip moulding

Initial situation
Unwanted particles may be generated during the production of stamped parts, in the continuous carrier belt processes, or with material from extruders, during processing steps such as bending, etc., when they are removed from the material surface; these particles must be removed before further processing.
Solution
The INLINE‑CLEAN 16 cleaning system is designed to clean roll materials with a working width of 60 to 300 mm on both sides. The device is equipped with ionization electrodes for the elimination of electrostatic charges. We offer two options for blowing off these interfering particles: a stationary Multijet nozzle or rotation nozzles. The airborne particles are systematically removed via suction connections and fed into a filter at the ESUC/ESCA suction station. The upper cleaning head can be opened for inserting roll material or for performing maintenance services.
