Elimination of electrostatic charges in the filling process
Application: filling station, foil bags, pouch packaging machine
Initial situation
Electrostatic charges on the foil when filling various products lead on the one hand to errors in the foil transport over the shaping shoulder and on the other hand to product adhesion in the interior of the bag seals, making correct sealing impossible.
Solution
The installation of a POWER BAR 55 ionization bar above and below the foil in front of the shaping shoulder removes the problem here. The use of a second POWER BAR 55 prevents material from sticking to the inside of the bag.
