Cleaning the inside of thin tubes
Applications: cleaning the inside of containers on cylinders for drawer dampers, vessels such as tubes, sleeves, ampoules, targeted blow-out with ionised air

Initial situation
When processing plastic tubes, production or environmental particles relocated to the inside of the cylinders can cause malfunctions. Conventional ion electrodes cannot be fed in the housing due to the small inside diameter of 5 mm.
Solution
A DC ioniser of type PRECISION SIP is equipped with a product-adapted nozzle lance (3 mm outside diameter, length 50 mm), which can be immersed in the cylinder. The SIP ioniser contains a high voltage generator and an emitter that decouples positive and negative ions. Ionised compressed air is pushed through the nozzle lance. Electrostatic charges as well as attracting forces are diminished on the inside of the product, disruptive particles are loosened by the compressed air, transported in a suction stream through the specially designed suction head, on to the ESUC suction unit and filtered. The diameter and length of the nozzle lance can be adapted to the problem after your consultation.
