Cleaning of laminated panels/HPL panels
Application: glass plates, foil, laminated plates, sandwich constructions, high-pressure laminate, HPL facade panels, GRP fibreglass plates, edge strips
Initial situation
Dust and material particles can accumulate on the surfaces of furniture and laminate plates during production. These disruptive particles will be visible after coating or painting the boards and lead to optical defects due to inclusions.
Solution
The plate surfaces are cleaned on both sides with the STATIK‑AIR® cleaning system. It contains ionization electrodes for the elimination of electrostatic charges, flat jet nozzles and a suction channel. Disruptive dust and foreign particles are loosened with ionized compressed air, taken up by a concentrated suction airstream and fed into an ESUC/ESCA filter unit.
