Electrostatic discharge in digital printing

Initial situation
In digital printing technology, some print materials are used that generate high electrostatic charges. This leads to contamination of the surface by dust and foreign particles. Frequent maintenance intervals, misprints and scrap are the result.
Solution
Active PB 55 ionizers and PU60 high voltage adaptor eliminate any charge from the printing material on both sides. Should additional problems with material and dust particles arise, compressed air-supported ionization systems with suction, like the STATIK-AIR model, can be applied. These cleaning devices can remove dirt by means of blowing air nozzles and transport it into an integrated suction channel. These systems are placed in front of the printing equipment.
