Initial situation
When plastic or metal components are installed, tiny plastic or metal particles break off during screwing or snapping and are deposited on inner and outer surfaces. Within visible range, e.g. on instrument panels, this leads to complaints, resulting in expensive reworking or scrapping of complete, installed assemblies.
Solution
Targeted arrangement of TAIFUN‑CLEAN® rotation nozzles, ionization electrodes and the associated output air guide facilitate removal of loose particles, even in geometries with difficult access. The air turbulence provides optimal cleaning effect in every corner. In the short time interval, surface charges are discharged, particles removed and transported to the ESUC/ESCA supply unit.
