Application: cleaning of plastic components at the robot, parts handling, robotic or manually
Initial situation
Plastic and other components must be freed of environmental dust and particles before installation, since contamination impairs the product quality or because the defined requirements of technical cleanliness of assemblies must be fulfilled.
Solution
The components to be cleaned are taken up by the robot and their surfaces neutralized of electrostatic charges in the UNIMASTER (standard width 210 mm/600 mm/900 mm/1200 mm) by means of ionization electrodes; interfering particles are cleaned by use of rotating nozzles, suctioned downwards and collected in a bag filter.
