Munich/Dresden, April 2020 – An important milestone for both companies, to merge the companies Dr. Escherich GmbH, Munich and Kist Maschinenbau GmbH, Dresden into a new company, KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH, was announced by managing directors Stefan and Philipp Kist.
Philipp Kist, one of the managing directors, states: "With this merger, we are striving for more efficient corporate structures to provide even better service to our customers, suppliers and employees. Our goal is to achieve a consistent and transparent service portfolio by optimising our processes and procedures."
The two company locations remain unchanged, in spite of the merger: Munich will serve as the company headquarters where administration and sales departments are located, while Dresden will continue to house the engineering, Tech Centre and production divisions.
KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH assumes all the obligations of the former companies and emphasizes continuity for their customers: "The established business contacts, terms and conditions, delivery times, as well as article names and numbers remain unchanged. Our customers can continue to rely on the quality and reliability they are accustomed to."
The merger underlines the vision of KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH for a common future in which the strengths of both companies are combined to offer innovative solutions to the customer.
