Dresden-Freital/Munich, March 2023 – KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH, a leading company in the field of mechanical engineering and surface cleaning, has successfully acquired the insolvent Hollstein GmbH from Dresden-Freital and will further develop the location. The acquisition marks a significant step in KIST + ESCHERICH's long-term strategy of expanding its production portfolio, increasing production capacity while strengthening its regional presence.
Hollstein GmbH, a manufacturer of ventilation systems, was forced to file for insolvency due to economic challenges. Not only will jobs be retained as a result of the successful acquisition by KIST + ESCHERICH, but new prospects for the regional economy will open up as well.
