Dresden, July 2024 – With giroJOIN, KIST + ESCHERICH introduces an innovative joining machine to the market that efficiently and precisely combines metal and thermoplastic synthetics – without the use of additional material. The machine and its unique rotary table concept set new standards in connection technology.

Rotary table for maximum productivity

The giroJOIN machine is based on a 360° turntable that rotates components with precision through several processing stations. This concept allows several process steps to be carried out in parallel, resulting in extremely short cycle times and maximum productivity. 

Ideally suited for medium and large series productions

The modular design of the giroJOIN enables its easy integration into existing production lines and is specially designed for medium and large series production. The stand-alone design requires only one media connection and is space-saving and reliable.
