The hyJOIN® brand, previously managed as a business unit of KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH, will now operate as an independent company under the name hyjoin GmbH. With this step, hyJOIN® consolidates its expertise in Hybrid Joining Technologies and further sharpens its strategic focus on the development, industrialization, and series integration of forward-looking joining technologies.
“The spin-off is a logical step to further strengthen hyjoin®’s innovative capabilities and to address our customers’ specific requirements even more precisely,” explains Philipp Kist, Managing Director of KIST + ESCHERICH GmbH. “hyjoin GmbH will operate as an agile, technology-driven company with a clear focus on lightweight construction, e-mobility, and sustainable production processes.”
hyJOIN® stands for innovative joining solutions for bonding metals and plastics. With patented technologies, extensive process expertise, and a collaborative development approach, the company creates solutions for demanding applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and energy systems.
hyjoin GmbH will take over all existing projects, customer relationships, and partnerships of the former business unit and will continuously expand its service portfolio.
